Gute coffee develops slowly in cooler mountain temperatures—allowing complex acids and sugars to form. The result is a dynamic single origin coffee with layered sweetness and bright structure.

In cold extraction, expect chocolate bark and graham cracker richness balanced by cherry fruit and a crisp hint of lemon. It’s bold yet refined—rich in body with a vibrant, lingering finish.
