Refund policy

Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Please note that only unopened coffee bags are eligible for return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The coffee bag must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at connect@adgustare.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: PO Box 1445, Newport Beach, CA, 92659 

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used coffee bags
  • Perishable goods other than unopened coffee bags
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest method is to return the unopened coffee bag (within the 14-day window). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at connect@adgustare.com.
