Sourced from the rolling hills of Minas Gerais, grown at moderate elevation and naturally processed, this blend of Mundo Novo and Yellow Catuai varietals develop deep sweetness and a rounded body that shines across brew methods. In the cup, expect smooth layers of almond, malt, and nougat, finished with creamy chocolate.

Well-suited for espresso drinks offering structure, balance, and a lovely richness.
